SeaFarer/LX was designed from the ground up to utilize the mobility of a laptop. Its easy to use interface lets you concentrate on sailing and not on using the system. Using dockable windows, SeaFarer/LX displays vital navigation information such as vessel and cursor lat/lon, course and speed over ground, distance, bearing, and ETA to next waypoint, plus more. A course projection line predicts the boat's course over ground. SeaFarer/LX also has built in support for AIS Receivers, that will allow you to see other AIS equiped vessels on the chart.
